Sounds like its going to be a sell out. Yay!

DjangoCon Europe

Russell contacted Baptiste about organisation of the conference. Ola reports that the venue is booked.

Trademark

Andy confirmed that it expires in July 2016. Still to process the application.

Grants committee

The committee is requesting more clarity on specific details and numbers from Stacey about funding levels for events in the past.

Fellowship sustainability

Ola updated the board that the code is ready to go and be tested.

dja.ngo domain

Bashar Abdulhadi has offered the domain at no cost to the DSF. Approved by the board.

Kiwi PyCon 2015

An event sponsored in the past, audience 250+. Bronze tier, $500 NZD (~$333 USD) approved by the board.

DjangoGirls

Sydney, Australia. $300 USD approved by the board.

Austin, US. $300 USD approved by the board.

Developer Nominations

Jeff Triplett nominated and approved by the board.

Fundraising

Offer from Adrienne Lowe to improve fundraising. Board approved asking Adrienne for any ideas.

Job board

Approach of offer to run a Django job board. Board expressed concerns about how other job boards have become abandoned.

Tax reporting

Currently still under the $50k USD threshold and able to do a simple postcard. However this year we might cross the line and have to do a full return.
